The Reseach Of Resources Sharing In Chongqing Ordinary Universities’ Sports Venue

In recent years,with the continuous development of China’s national economy,people’s living standards has constantly been improved,and so does people’s sports awareness,fitness needs.However,people are facing with a serious shortage of public facilities.Opening campus gymnasium to the outside has provided an important way to solve this problem.But in reality,school lack of an effective mode of sharing resources,which disturbed and had an influence on the school venues opening.In view of this,this paper using some research methods,such as Literature,investigation,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,to look into the current sports stadium opening in Colleges and universities in Chongqing City,screen out the main factors restricting the Chongqing city college sports venues opening.It focuses on the development mode and the path of the opening of the university sports venues in Chongqing,and provides theoretical and practical guidance for the rational use of the university sports venues in Chongqing,and also provides reference and reference for the opening of the national school sports venues.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Chongqing per capita sports venues area was significantly lower than the national average,and it has a big gap with China’s eastern and coastal areas.The contradiction between site facilities’ supply and demand become more prominent.The stadium conditions,environment,geographical distribution in ordinary colleges and universities own a certain advantage;Some leaders who are in charge of college sports venues and Chongqing citizens have a strong desire to share resources.(2)The sports stadiums and Gymnasiums in Colleges and universities in Chongqing can meet the needs of physical education and teaching in different degrees,but the overall efficiency is not high.(3)Some adverse factors in Colleges and universities of Chongqing stadium for assimilate into a "resource sharing" strategy are follows: policies and regulations fail to keep up with the function of opening up;lack of professional management personnel;economic benefits is not obvious;the lag open mode of organization and management;lack of unified and effective management practices;lack of awareness of risk management.(4)From the perspective of long-term development,it is necessary to break the traditional pattern of segmentation and relatively closed,establish the alliance system of college gymnasiums in Chongqing and entrust the specialized management institutions to carry out social operation and management,which is of great practical value for the further opening of college sports venues.
