The period of the Three Kingdoms was in chaos and disturbances, in which a great many talents sprung up. They chose the monarchs who are followed and served, based on the belief that good birds choose to live in the suitable woods, and excellent ministers choose to serve for the suitable monarchs, and founded and consolidated the regime that they depended on. In the early time, they distributed in different regions of Han Dynasty. Then they were assigned to take office in distinct places of the Three Kingdoms after belonging to one certain Kingdom.
