Inner Mongolia Hazen Vocational Majoring In College Educational Development Path Analysis

Inner Mongolia Private education is in the stage of developing. It is far behind the Private education of internal developed area. Much more behind the professional education of developed countries in the world. So the related research is very important, it is in blank state especially in Private university strategy management research. Society requires talented men increasingly, and the effect and urgency of vocational school are becoming prominent. Though vocational education of public school reached the aim of transferring talented men to the economic construction in Inner Mongolia, existing problems still can not satisfy the rapid development of economic social requirements. Among the schools which run by local people plays a supplementary role and satisfied different requirements of economic society. Inner Mongolia vocational education runs by local people is in the developing stage, and its developed level falls behind the other developed cities’and countries’. Therefore there’s much more space of the development. We need to do some relevant necessary enquiry into it. This paper analyzes the existing problems and various factors of management in ethnic vocational school which run by the local people in and give some tips to the ethnic vocational schools in Inner Mongolia. Though these study to make sure the Inner Mongolian HAS Vocational and Technical College’s strategic position, market position etc.
