Research On The Development Trend Of Leisure Diving Under The Policy Of International Tourism Island

The sports tourism of the city bordering on the sea, which is called "the sunrise industry" has already became the new point of national economic growth in many regions and countries.With the international tourism island construction and12th five-year plan, the leisure diving which emerged quietly becomes one of the important projects of coastal tourism in Hainan, attracting tens of thousands of tourists to come.By summarizing the correlative former datas of the starting and developing of leisure diving; unifying practical investigation of the leisure diving present situation in Hainan;using methods, such as the SWOT and mathematical statistic, to analyze the factors which affect the development of the leisure diving in Hainan;we can come to a conclusion that it is essential to develop the leisure diving.We can also make developmental strategies and reasonable plans on the Hainan leisure diving to contribute to the international tourism island construction and fulfilling people’s growing spiritual demandsThe total text is divided into four chapters, the core part is the third one.The first part of the third chapter is leisure diving theory discussion, popularizing the basic knowledge of diving,and proposing the leisure diving concepts and Hainan leisure diving development principles based on the actual features of leisure diving in Hainan; the second part, analyzing leisure diving development status in two aspects; the third part,making SWOT analysis for Hanan leisure diving development with the current situation of leisure diving; the fourth part, alalyzing the main factors which affecting the development of leisure diving in Hainan; the fifth part, making developmental strategies and relational proposals with totally understanding of the thread,main points and aims of leisure diving in Hainan.Conclusions:(A) Hainan is a place with many leisure diving points and abundant marine resources, which make the unique advantages for the development of leisure diving, while compared with other countries and regions there are still certain disadvantages.(B)The main factors affecting the development of leisure diving in Hainan are as follows; the water resources conditions,the tourist market,the developing of commodity product and the media industry;(C) Using the characteristics and development principles of leisure diving in Hainan as the theoretical guidance, combining with the main factors which affect Hainan leisure diving,we can make plans in two aspects:firtly,make different strategies based on different characteristics of economic developments;secondly,make diving project according to the features of the sea.(D) Promoting the circular economic growth of Hainan leisure diving through retionalpolicy, investment demands, consumer demands and effective supply of leisure diving, education,...
