| Trust crisis of Higher education, which is also called crisis of confidence, is an overall point of view of higher education refers to higher education stakeholders (in this article hereinafter referred to as "public") is dropping, even the value of higher education is suspected. In the "post-massification stage", the trust crisis in higher education of America popped up, fierce criticism from academia, significantly doubt from public cause American higher education in a dilemma at that time.In the era of post-massification, trust crisis in higher education of America is mainly caused by reverse growth of costs and benefits of higher education, the dropped quality of higher education, the inadaptation of public due to the transition of higher education, and so on. In order to resolve the crisis, the United States have adopted several measures:push forward diversification-level of development of higher education, recruit diversity students, develop various curriculum, strengthen social adaptability of higher education, and promote higher education fairness, promote the higher education quality guarantee information transparency, and so on, in response to higher education to the public’s doubt, improve public’s confidence of higher education, all of which has received remarkable results.China will enter the "post-massification stage" as a whole in the near future, but under the prosperity performance of higher education-----the budget difficulties, and the commercial, bureaucratic, technology supreme, dropping quality, difficult employment---already made the confidence of public of higher education declined. Therefore, we must prepare for a rainy day, learn from the valuable experience of U.S:expand the recruit students object, setting up reasonable higher education majors, perfecting the cost-sharing structure of higher education, strengthen higher education quality evaluation and supervision and management, promote the higher education equality. |
