Teaching objectives are the starting point and end point ofteaching and learning activities, so, language reading teachingobjectives directly affect the implementation of the language teachingof reading, reading, language teaching has a direct role in guiding, theteaching of reading is an important part of language teaching,extremely important to determine reading teaching objectives,representations and presented in language teaching.However, the current middle school Chinese teaching objectives,statements and presentation of the status, there are still a lot ofmisunderstanding. For example, in reading instruction targetidentification and statement process, the positioning requirements areunknown, unclear logic phenomena, and so on. The presence of theseerrors is not conducive to the teachers in the teaching of reading taskanalysis, not conducive to the teachers and students to chooseteaching methods and media, not conducive to the measurement andevaluation of teachers reading instruction.Order to get out of these errors, reading of the role of the teachingobjectives to be given full play in the process of language teaching ofreading, to achieve the process of determining the goal of readinginstruction as the criterion of language curriculum goals, languagereading instruction content, truly meet the students cognitivecharacteristics and the cognitive structure; should coordinate theactors in the teaching of reading the statement of objectives, therelationship between the behavior of verbs, behavioral conditions andthe four elements of the performance level, considering theclassification theory of multiple objectives, the actual combination oflanguage teaching of reading, use the appropriate statement, to makea clear statement of the contents of teaching of reading goals, clear,specific, detailed, to avoid ambiguity and unrealistic, scalability, andoperability and are conducive to teaching evaluation; processpresented in the teaching of reading goals should be combined withteaching practical to follow the differences in presentation, flexiblerendering the level of presentation and the rebate showing.On the basis of the teaching objectives of the classification theory,representation theory and language characteristics of the teaching ofreading to the existing Shanghai language textbooks in languageteaching and supporting reference information for the study, the focusof language reading instruction goals exist in the statement problem.Language reading teaching goal setting and presents is also animportant aspect of reading instruction goals, given a certain degree ofcare.
