With increasing concerns over the issue of employment, it is thebasic way to cope with this problem by implementing a developmentstrategy that promotes job creation and encourage entrepreneurshipto create more employment opportunities. Notoriously, femaleuniversity students seem to be less dominant in the course ofemployment. Therefore, this is the best way to handle the problemthrough increasing the start-ups of female college students to expandemployment by encouraging business.From the angle of campus culture, the article tries to look for thespecific ways to promote female university students entrepreneurship.This article consists of five parts, the first part is introduction. Introducesthe reason why the author choose this topic, the significant for research,research present situation, research present situation at home andabroad and the research idea, method and innovative points.The second part focuses on the connotation, classification andfunction of campus culture. To take a new acquaintance of campusculture by analyzing the conception of it. It become the basis of thecombining of campus culture and female university studentsentrepreneurship.The third part of the text introduces the characteristic, the statusquo of female university students entrepreneurship, and the mainobstacles that the female university students enterpriser faced duringthe entrepreneurial process. Through the analysis and the research onthe questions above, we get a much better understanding on thegeneral situation of the female university students entrepreneurship. Itlays a solid foundation for the following research.The fourth part analyzes the value of campus culture in theentrepreneurial process of female university students entrepreneurship. The article analyzes the value of campus culture in the entrepreneurialprocess of female university students entrepreneurship with three facets.They are the entrepreneurial motivation, the entrepreneurial knowledgeand the entrepreneurial environment.The fifth part of the paper discusses the specific methods toincrease the value of campus culture in the entrepreneurial process offemale university students entrepreneurship. There are three principalways: the campus material culture, spiritual culture, neuter culturewhich included both characteristics of material culture and spiritualculture.
