Study On Welfare Resources Integration Of Community

Community is the settled region where people reside in together. So it is very important. Especially as the reform is gradually deepened, the community has to burden the things that the company has done before. Many problems have to be solved in the community. So the community is becoming more and more important.Of course, the building of the community is turning much more and more significant as well. The construction of community will be weakly if it is shot of community resource, which is the groundwork of the community, and the foundation of the community advancement. But owing to every kind of causes, the community resource can’t be joined by all the people in the area, but part of them. But as we know at present more and more peasants come to cities, so community resource is more limited than before. So in order to resolve the society problems how to integrate community resources is becoming the new task. For that, the present writer with the case of Dali Street of Tang Shan in Hebei Province, analyze the community integrate. On the basis of the literature research,the author work out the system to see if the community integrate is good or not according to the callback of the questionnaire, combined with the studying and the chitchat, the present writer research the effectiveness of community integrating in this street. The author also point out successful experience and problems of this street during community integrate. At the same time, the author analyzes these problems deeply, and then gives some suggestions.The construction of Dali Street is advancing continuously. As a systematic mechanism of the community, the building course of the integrating resource is exceedingly complicated, as well the building mode is assorted. To choose which mode, we must to take comprehensive lucubrating in the theory and the practice. As for the effect, we also need to see it in the practice. The author hope that he can give some good suggestions about the community integrate through his analyze so that the community can develop better and better.
