Research On The Community Service Resource Allocation Of Social Workers

Under the trend of diversified development of community service,the influx of various resources into the urban community makes the community resources more and more rich,but also there has been a diversity,complexity,dynamic phenomenon of resource allocation.At the same time,with the development of China's professional social work,social workers continue to enter the community,and they have brought new vitality to community building and community service.With the community workers slowly becoming young and professional,the subject of community service also showed a diversified development.The diversification of community resources and community service's subject,make the community resource allocation more complex,dynamic and can not grasp,which making social workers face the problem of community resource integration when they serve the community by their professional methods and professional values.So how can social workers better understand resources in the process of providing and advancing community services? How to effectively integrate and configure the community diversified resources? These questions are the focus of this paper on research and response.Based on the social workers' perspective,using the theory of social system and the theory of resource dependence,this paper takes the nine communities of XX Street in Guangzhou City as an example to sort out the status quo of resource allocation in the current urban community service,and analyzes the problems in service provision and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.The study finds that social workers in the identification of resources faced with the three difficulties of the unclear position of resource's subject.At the same time,social workers have encountered the problem of resource allocation mechanism's handicap and the ability's lack of self-allocation of resources when provding service.Therefore,based on these difficulties and problems,this paper puts forward three countermeasures to optimize the environment,build platform and enhance the ability,and to promote the social workers to effectively play the role in the process of resource allocation.For the people of community services to better deploy and integrate of community resources,provide practical reference function.
