Research On Function Of Social Capital In Well-being Issue And Social Construction Of China

In recent years, with the concept of civil society and the rise of the third world field,Chinese society also raised the climax of the social reform, continuously put forward theimprovement of people’s life and social construction of new measures and new ideas, thegovernment and the party as social leading strength is starting to pay attention to people’s greateffect on the society and began to take certain measures to guarantee the people’s livelihood,protecting the people’s livelihood to promote social construction and development. However, inthe actual increase society construction in the process of continuously improving the people’slivelihood, some contradiction and hysteresis of social problems still gradually highlights, suchas social structure is unreasonable, social services are not perfect, social organizationdevelopment is relatively slow, and so on. In the social transition of great realistic driving force,Chinese society began to seek for more academic new theory tools to explore people’slivelihood of China and social construction process, trying to cross through research methodsfor Chinese social reform for a new breakthrough. The problem with the fusion of stressinghighlights view in sociology greatly promote the development of social capital theory whichhas strong explanatory power in the sociological field in China, make its deep into every fieldof Chinese society, play a role of guidance. Social capital as the state’s three big subjectessential resource dependence on form, for the bottleneck of people’s livelihood of China andsociety during construction, its function is very wide and obvious. Therefore, the exploration ofthe social capital function in people’s livelihood and social construction of China is verynecessary for further promote the social reform process, improve the livelihood of the peopleand optimize social construction mode.This article through the analysis of the social capital theory in political, economic, andsocial etc, produce a variety of impact to the individual, government, enterprises and socialorganizations, and then explore the inner operation mechanism of social capital in the socialcommunity, combining with the current people’s livelihood of China and social problems andcurrent situation of construction, under the guidance of the background of the times, analysisthe function of social capital and some of the problems which need to pay attention in theprocess of the social construction and then points out a feasibility path for better construction ofthe three main body participating in the livelihood of the people and society from theperspective of social capital, provides some countermeasures and suggestions, for China tofurther ensure the livelihood of the people and promote social construction.
