Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Current Colleges’ Maintenance Of Stability Model

First20years of the21st century is China’s rapid economic and social development of thepeak,but also China’s prominent social contradictions.These contradictions and problems willinevitably affect the social stability. As an important part of society, universities will inevitably bethe impact of various social contradictions and it have the existence of various uncertainties, theuniversity stability faces enormous challenges.There are many problems in the current model of university maintenance of stability, mainlyin the nationwide model of maintenance of stability costly, sustainability is poor; crisis earlywarning mechanisms and contingency plans is not enough scientific; holding stability andfunctions of the body is not clearly defined, disposal emergency is not strong; students holdingstability and the implementation of the dominant position is not enough, daily training mechanismhas not been established; crisis early warning and crisis management of the network informationplatform not complete and so on. These problems will seriously affect the function of currentmodel of university maintenance of stability,which is not conducive to maintaining stability.Discussing the problems and improvements of current current model of universitymaintenance of stability will be helpful to solve the current difficulties facing universities and willcontribute to the maintenance of stability and social stability. To establish the appropriate effectivecurrent model of maintenance of stability, we must highlight the social dimension and collegestudents individual double impact factors on the stability of starting college, multi-perspective,multi-dimensional to innovate the maintenance of stability universities.Meanwhile, we shouldbuild the added stability maintenance mode mechanism based on the actual situation, namely theestablishment of psychological decompression center, a university student conflict mediationcenters, a demands and conflict mediation center staff in order to give a better safeguard. Doingthese, colleges and universities’ maintenance of stability will get a reliable system of protection toachieve long-term stability.
