Pillar stability exercise means the exercise of the strength and stability of the core column area which above the hip joint and below the shoulder joint.This research integrates the emerging pillar stability exercise into the traditional college track and field throwing compulsory course teaching,then explores the impact of the pillar stability exercise on the throwing teaching class.The pillar stability exercises are scheduled in the preparatory activity phase and compared to traditional preparation activities.The main research methods of this research are experimental method and questionnaire survey.The experimental subjects are 22 male students of the 2016 Physical Education in Beijing Sport University,including 11 experimental groups and 11 control groups.The experimental time is 6 weeks,16 lesson times,32 periods.The test indicators includes physical quality indicators(30 meters running,standing long jump,one minute push-ups),pillar stability indicators(eight-level abdominal bridge,single-leg and closed-eye test,T-shaped running)and Functional Movement Screen(FMS).The questionnaire survey method mainly established the body pain questionnaire and the class effect questionnaire to investigate the students' physical pains and the students' subjective feelings of the classes.Combining the objective experimental data with the subjective feelings of the students,and compare the results of the pretest and the posttest to obtain the following conclusions:1.The pillar stability exercises have a very positive effect on the improvement of sports qualities,which can effectively improve the speed quality,lower limb explosive force and upper limb strength,and have a significant effect on enhancing the stability of the trunk pillar.2.The pillar stability exercises can effectively improve the stability of the trunk pillar and the control ability of the trunk under the imbalance state,and have a very positivesignificance for enhancing the body posture control ability and the body balance ability during exercises.3.The pillar stability exercises can effectively prevent sports injuries,improve joint mobility and body symmetry,what's more,the pillar stability exercises can ensure the quality of the movement.4.The pillar stability exercises have a very positive impact on the technical learning effect of shot put and javelin,which are conducive to students' mastery of technical teaching content and improve class efficiency.5.The pillar stability exercises have a very positive effect on the improvement of the class performance.
