Analysis On Job-stability Of The University Graduates And The Reason And The Impact Of Their Flowing

Concerned about the employment of college graduates, we should pay attention to not only the employment rate, region, and structure, such as more visits to the macro aspects, but also to upgrading their quality of employment. And enhance the quality of employment, job-stability has become a problem worthy of study. The stability and flexibility of employment is linked to a concept of measuring the quality of employment, and is also very important aspect. How to find the balance between the stability and flexibility of employment, so that the graduates can achieve the desired employment status, is a theoretical and practical significance of the issue.In this paper, we study the stability of employment of college graduates from the perspective of education economics, labor economics and human resources management, with the system background of colleges and universities increasing enrollment and the changing of the employment of college graduates institution. This research includes the theoretical foundation of the causes and effects of factors, enterprises and the significance of the graduates, and focus on the Urumqi City. We also conducted a survey of college graduates in Urumqi City.
