Correlational Research On Reflection Ability And Professional Development Of The Junior Middle School Teachers In Yanbian Area

This paper mainly discusses the relationship of the Yanbian area junior high school teachers teaching the ability to reflect teachers’ professional development.In the context of a comprehensive reform of basic education teachers’ professional quality of the new requirements and the professional autonomy of teachers to become teachers’ professional development of teachers the ability to reflect is urgent and necessary, and therefore to carry out the teachers teaching the ability to reflect and teachers’ professional development is of great significance.In this paper, the use of meta-cognitive theory, constructivist theory, implicit theories of knowledge and teaching the theory of reflection, teacher professional development content theory, stage theory of teachers’ professional development, teacher growth theory, the theory of the professional development of teachers to carry out the study. Yanbian area junior high schools serving full-time teachers for the sample overall, the use of cluster sampling, selected15junior high schools456teachers in this study. Use of literature, survey, statistics and comparative law, the Yanbian area junior high school teachers’ ability to reflect the level of the status quo; Yanbian area junior high school level status of the professional development of teachers; Yanbian area junior high school teachers’ ability to reflect and professional development of teachers in general the relevant circumstances; Yanbian area junior high school teachers teaching the ability to reflect the specific situation of teachers’ professional development; Finally, according to reveal the junior high school teachers’ ability to reflect the strategies and recommendations.Study to draw the following conclusions:(1) the Yanbian area junior high school teachers’ ability to reflect the overall level of inspection and evaluation capacity slightly better ability to plan the worst.
