This paper mainly discusses the relationship between the consciousness of teachers independent professional development and reflections literacy on the teaching of the junior high school teachers. With the education reform and teacher education advancing, teacher development is becoming increasingly important, only pay enough attention to professional development, can the teacher’s occupation is more vitality, to better meet the social demand for education. The consciousness of independent development is a prerequisite for the teachers’professional development, reflective teaching is a way inevitable process to achieve independent development, study the relationship between the two to promote and has important theoretical and practical significance to realize the professional development of teachers.This paper mainly uses the theory of subjectivity, meta-cognitive theory, teaching reflection theory, the theory of teacher professional development, teacher’s autonomous development theory. By using the method of literature method, survey method, statistical method and so on, the junior high school teachers as the research object, by random cluster sampling method and selected four junior high schools in the Yanbian area as a sample, including the Korean nationality middle School in city and township each one, the Han nationality middle School in city and township each one, a total of309junior middle school teachers, through the issuance of a self-designed questionnaire "junior high school teacher professional self-development consciousness and reflective teaching literacy questionnaire" investigation, conducts the research to the following contents:the status and characteristics of the junior middle school teachers’consciousness of professional development; reflective teaching literacy status and characteristics of junior high school teachers; the relationship between consciousness and reflective teaching literacy of junior high school teachers’ professional independent development; countermeasures research conclusions to improve junior middle school teachers awareness and reflection of literacy teaching professional autonomous development.This paper mainly through research, have the following conclusions:(1) The junior high school teachers’professional self-development in better overall level of consciousness, self concept, the strongest independent consciousness is weakest; On different gender, different regions, different degree, there is no significant difference, the different nationalities, different career stages, different teacher types exist significant differences.(2) The junior high school teachers’ teaching reflection quality overall is close to a good level, cognitive reflection is best, worst reflection behavior; On different gender, different regions, different degree, there is no significant difference; Different regions, different career stages, different types of junior high school teachers there were significant differences in literacy teaching reflection.(3) The junior high school teachers’professional overall self-development consciousness and the dimensions and the quality of teaching reflection at the0.01level is significantly positively related to the junior middle school teachers’professional self-development awareness of teaching reflection have positive forecasts and promote role.(4) Independent consciousness is the key influencing factors of junior middle school teachers’teaching reflection literacy, teachers’consciousness and the school management mechanism affects teacher’s independent consciousness, to further improve and affected the improvement of teachers’teaching reflection quality. According to the research conclusions this paper puts forward the following Suggestions:(1The junior high school teachers should set out from themselves to improve their own autonomous consciousness;(2)The junior high school teachers should be active in practice, improve the ability of teaching reflection, reflection reflection form good habits;(3) Schools and education department should create a sound independent, innovative, positive atmosphere of reflection, truly let teachers’ professional autonomy from the management mechanism, improve literacy.
