Teacher education is an important cause of resources, improve the quality ofteachers in higher education realization become the power, the human resources of thepowers of the key. To strengthen the construction of teachers’ team is to realizeeducation priority development, scientific development of the fundamental guarantee.And the reflective teaching is a major way to promote the college teachers quality andto optimize faculty structure of the team, and is also the teachers’ teaching innovationpower, and prompted teacher professional development; Reflective teaching is themost basic forces of school-based research, and is the foundation of teachers’ actionresearch. Therefore, university teachers’ reflective teaching is the important practicalsignificance to expand university teachers and to upgrade teachers’ teaching quality.The reflective teaching has become a trend of developing international teachers’education, and has become the demand and direction in the nation teacher educationinnovation. No matter from the international trend, higher education needs andrealistic requirement, are to be teachers of reflective teaching; it is to improve theteaching quality and to raise their professional development and realize thecomprehensive development of students. This paper makes a theoretical basis ofreflective teaching and the significance of reflective teaching, and through thequestionnaire survey and analysis of the research in normal college teachers ofreflective teaching situation, on the analysis of the effect factors of the basis, the paperputs forward the strengthening of teachers in the reflective teaching strategies andSuggestions.There are five chapters in all in this thesis. The first chapter is exordium. It has abrief introduction of the background, significance and current situation of the research, and details this research method and innovative points. The second chapter in-depthexpatiates the connotation, characteristics and theory foundation of the reflectiveteaching。And it constructs is the significance and necessity of the reflective teachingdiscusses to promote teachers’ professional development. The third chapter is aboutthe current situation and analysis of the reflective teaching of faculty. It takes Muniversity teachers’ reflective teaching of an example,and analysis the currentsituation of reflective teaching, and summarizes the factor that influence the teacher’sreflection teaching. The fourth chapter put forwards measures of strengthening theuniversity teachers’ reflective teaching, and it is on the analysis of the presentsituation and the influence factors. In this chapter, the writer thinks that on the lay ofthe school level, we should strengthen the construction of system and strengthen thetraining of reflective teaching and guidance and building schools reflectionatmosphere; on the lay of the teacher level, we should train the reflective teachingconsciousness of faculty, broaden the reflection perspective, rich the reflection contentand methods,and it trains teachers’ the habit of using reflective teaching. The firstchapter is the conclusion.
