Comparative Research On The Status And Contributing Factor Of Scholl Football Betwee N China And South Korea

Several measures, such as consulting documents, usage of statistics, interview with experts and antitheses, were taken to discuss the similarities and differences, which includes the system, administrative policies and objectives, the present status, the fostering system on reserve force, influence of college football and other related factors, in the course of school football between China and South Korea in this thesis. By those research the author analyzed the major problems in school football of China and made some suggestions to improve and perfect it.Conclusion:1.Big differences were found in its respective status and supporting policies between school football of China and of South Korea. There are athletes fostering system in primary school, middle school and college which are consistent in South Korea. It also cultivates students athletes to be educated well. Those are revelatory to China.2. In the aspect of developing football culture, China usually put too much emphasis on results and few on literacy which is a major baffling factor. Meanwhile the national characteristics and ethos were integrated into school football in South Korea.3. In the aspect of reserve fostering system, China has a deeply rooted ’national’system:primary school and middle school is the first stage, then comes the sports school, the last will be professional team. That system restrained the effect of school football in fostering reserve force. Meanwhile South Korea regards school football as foundation.4. In aspect of influence of college football. In present school football did get some development in China with the help of college football league. But due to the unsubstantial foundation in primary and middle school, college football alone can’t form a complete system. South Korea adopts the’gear wheel management mode’, which made college football a leading element in whole system.5. In aspect of infective elements, under the shadow of traditional education perspectives, the combination of sports and education system became unrealistic. Advice:1. Construct the rational and effective school football management system and the management pattern and formulate relevant policy and system, and forms the strict supervision system to ensure the implementation.2. Use the consistent school football mode in South Korea for reference, gradually establish appropriate school football system in China which should be’growing from primary school to college’to ensure the stability;’college driving the other schools’to guarantee the respective development in every stage.3. Strengthen the awareness of society to get the whole social recognition, then more outstanding teenagers can be engaged in football. Thus school football could be taken as one of the most important way to foster football reserve force in China.
