Through the comparison, it finds out the existing problems of different training modes. It also proposes feasible solutions in order to promote the development of tennis reserved talents of Beijing. Through research, this thesis has following conclusions:1. Under the sports team training mode, the contradiction between study and training of athletes is most outstanding. Their short learning time, passive attitudes towards literary class, difficulties in study, the lower cultural level, and low enthusiasm about training are obvious. But they have precise target localization and their objects of training are clear. They attend more sports events than athletes cultivated under other modes.2. Under the sports team training mode, coaches have high training level and technical standards. They can come up with more feasible training schedules and select more scientific materials. But there exists some problems in these coaches, such as lack of educational background, incomplete knowledge structure and little academic achievement.3. Under the tennis schools and clubs training mode, athletes can deal with the relationship between learning and training well, which not only eases the contradiction but also raise their cultural level. The school conditions improve continually which can compare with developed countries’. Athletes have enthusiasm in training, but they often lack in solid basic skills.4. Under the tennis schools and clubs training mode, coaches have lower high training level and their training methods are single. They select materials in lack of rationality. Although their cultural level are high on average, their sense of mastering harmony knowledge are relatively thin.5. Under the family training mode, athletes have the most enthusiasm in learning. They have longer learning time, and more flexible training time and places. Although their training time is short, their efficiency is high. They have one-on-one coaching and training which can set correct movement in time. However, their families have to take the strong expenditures, which improve risks on investment.6. Under the family training mode, coaches have lower training level, and they tend to be younger. Their training schedules often lack in long-term. These coaches are not only lack of systematic teaching methods, but they also attend few training.
