Research On The Training Mode Of Juvenile Tennis Reserve Talents In Henan Province

China is a competitive sports power,with the change of the Times,the rapid economic upgrading process,there emerged a new training model,the original national system to train children's tennis reserve talent model has changed,and constantly to the market-oriented training model.At present,the emerging training model is not mature enough,there will be a series of problems,so it is of great significance to study the training mode of the juvenile tennis reserve talents in Henan province.This paper takes the training model of children Tennis reserve talents in Henan province as the research object.By using the methods of questionnaire,literature,interview,data statistic and comparative analysis,the existing training mode is studied.Through the analysis of questionnaire data,the paper finds out the problems existing in the training mode and current situation of the juvenile tennis reserve talents,and puts forward some feasible suggestions.The study draws the following conclusions:1,Henan Province to sports schools,tennis characteristics of school,club training,family training model of these four training models for children's tennis reserve personnel to diversify the development trend in the future is the club training model and tennis characteristics of the school training model to keep pace with the joint training of children in Henan Province Tennis reserve talent.2,the training model of sports school,the chance of competition than other training mode,the impact of training effects of the main factors are not high training,the proportion of training higher than the proportion of cultural knowledge.3,the club,the characteristic tennis school and the family training model,the young tennis athlete may have the full study culture class time,but the young athletes participation training time is relatively short,participates in the competition the opportunity is relatively few.4,the training time and location of the family training model is flexible,the juvenile tennis players training time is relatively short,the training process of concentration,the training efficiency is relatively high.Under the family training model,the coach athlete's family needs to bear the huge economic expense,the investment risk is high.5,the proportion of children in Henan province imbalance between men and women,the popularity of tennis in various cities vary greatly.The existing venues and facilities are inadequate,the vast majority of the city's venues are mainly universityvenues,sports center venues are not conducive to the development of children's tennis.
