This paper takes the pad transfer area and attack effect in the attactive process of China Men’s volleyball team as object of study, through analyzing and researching the videos of the2009World Volleyball League,2009Men’s Asian Championships, the2010World Volleyball League, the2010Men’s Asian Games. To cout the Pad and Transfer area and attack effect of39games through appliying Date video software.On the basis of understanding the concept of Pad transfer area, Establishing the the metrical methods and standards of Pad transfer area in attacking process of Chinese Men’s Volleyball team, analyzed and evaluated the aspects of the starting point, radian, placements, the relationship between placements with second pass of Pad transfer area and attack effect in attacking process of Chinese Men’s Volleyball team. Preliminary investigate the relationship between Pad transfer area and attack effect, it will help the Chinese Men’s Volleyball team to understand their own situation, to provide a theoretical reference for the Chinese Men’s Volleyball team to prepare for the London Olympics, at the same time, lay a better foundation for establishing the database of Pad transfer area of the future Chinese Men’s Volleyball team.Through analyzing the data, darwing the following main conclusions:1. During the First-Attack process, different starting point make a small effect on the Attack Effect; different curvature make a significant effect on the Attack Effect; affected; the impact of different placements to the Attack Effect achieve the significant level; the relationship between different placement with second pass make a small effect on the Attack Effect.2. During the again-Attack process, the impact of different starting points, different curvature, different placement and the relationship between different placements with second pass to the Attack Effect achieve the significant level.3. During the counter-Attack process, the impact of different starting points, different curvature to the Attack Effect achieve the significant level; the impact of different placements to the Attack Effect does not achieve the significant level; the impact of relationship between different placement with second pass also does not achieve the significant level.4. During the kinds of the Tactics, the current most used is4-bit fast-break (level opened in the flat four), accounting for24.58%, followed by the2-bit storm, storm number4,2bit back attack,3-bit fast break, fast break and2-bit3-bit back the number of times the offensive attack, accounting for14.54%,14.38%,13.33%,12.01%,10.00%and9.48%.5. During the mathes between Chinese Men’s Volleyball with different level of the opponents, the impact of the Pad transfer area to attack effect is different because it has different indicators.
