In2011World Cup, Chinese women volleyball team overwhelmed their opponents in three straight sets and obtained the third winner26points (8victories and3defeats of11matches). They got the ticket to the2012London Olympic Games. In2012London Olympic Games, Chinese women volleyball team sank deep into the so called "group of death". But, Chinese women volleyball team finally got the second winner in this group with3victories and2defeats. They struggled the "group of death" and entered Final8. In the later1/4final’s drawing lots, Their opponent versus Japan which they never lost to. However, when all the people thought that Chinese women volleyball team would get a greater prosperity, the accidently lost to Japan and couldn’t enter the semifinal.They only got the tied for fifth in London Olympic Games, Looking from the previous record, Chinese women volleyball team had the strength to win the world champion,but they couldn’t perform well in the2continuous Olympic Games, which deserved our consideration.It is well known that Chinese women volleyball team is famous for their flexible quick attack.In recent years, however, the applying of quick attack tactics of Chinese women volleyball team often got frustrated, while foreign team got more and more scores by using quick attack tactics. From this phenomenon we found that Chinese women volleyball team’s level of using quick attack was declining, especially the applying of quick attack at the back.This research will start from the situation that the applying of quick attack at the back of Chinese women volleyball team in world games,to find out the problems about the applying of quick attack tactics of Chinese women volleyball team, which aims to provide a reference for Chinese women volleyball team to seek a better development in the further.The thesis made a skill statistics of Chinese women’s volleyball team in2011world cup and2012Olympic game’10competition’s video, applying literature material method video observation method, mathematical statistic method, comparative analysis method and logical analysis method to make a multi-direction comparison and analysis research of applying of single instep fly, quick spike from a backward short set, quick spike from back set. And to discuss the advantages and disadvantages of the applying of quick attack of Chinese women volleyball team.Main conclusions as following: (1) Chinese women’s volleyball team applied the tactic of quick attack at the back364times in the10competitions in2011World Cup and2012London Olympic Game, The applying of quick D has the most times, and the applying of quick C has the best effect.(2) Chinese women’s volleyball team has5victories and5defeats in10competitions in2011World Cup and2012London Olympic Games. The applying proportion of backward flight and quick D in victory play higher than in defeat play. The applying of quick attack at the back has the best effect in round6,Quick attack at the back has highest efficiency in this round;and has lowest efficiency in round!(3) In the first attack, backward flight is the most effective in the applying of quick attack at the back.In the defensive, the most effective tactic is quick C(4) There are differences of tactics of quick attack at the back of different way in different attack position.The quick C has the best effect in the position2,quick D has the best effect in position2-3.
