Objective:This study compared muscle strength and balance ability between freestyle skiing aerial athletes with different sports level, in order to find the differences between the teams and provide scientific helps for selecting the future athletes. Methods:According to sport, level,19the national aerial freestyle skiing skills athletes were divided into two groups:the international group (N=13) and the national group (N=6). The test means includes isokinetic testing, balance capacity testing and vestibular function testing. All dates were put into SPSS13.0to analyze.Results:(1) Compared with the national group, the left hip’s peak torque ratio of flexion and relative in international group appears significant difference, which was tested in60°master/s velocity (P<0.05);(2) Through different balance ability tests(eyes open, eyes closed,30s rotation and eyes open), under the condition of eyes closed or30s rotation and eyes open in international group, the trajectory of X axis, the trajectory of Y axis, the average speed of X axis and the average speed of Y axis are significant difference (P<0.01) compared with the condition of eyes open. And the national group’s trajectory and average speed of Y axis are significant difference (P<0.01) only under the condition of eyes closed compared with the condition of eyes open.(3) In the vestibular function test, the plant reflection and body reflection have no significant difference (P>0.05)between two groups. Conclusions and Suggestions:(1) Muscle strength for aerial freestyle skiing air movement skills is very important, but it can’t be the only index to evaluate the special ability of athletes.(2) We should be pay more attention to the coordination of power and speed of strength in athletes selecting and training in the future. |
