Martial art is the traditional athletic sport in our country. It is becoming more popularizing and developing, so now martial art moves an important match either in international sports games or in the domestic ones. The traditional training method of martial art has taken an important part in fostering the martial art talented persons. But with the development of martial art, especially more and more scientific training method appeared in other sports training, the traditional training method of martial art is falling behind them. So the research of the martial art becomes urgent now.Research purpose: The study will test the muscle strength of some martial art athletes above grade two in Hebei province. The purpose is to test about shoulder joint, kip joint , knee joint and truck flexor and extensor muscle ,along with kip abduction and adductor muscle. It analyzes different test index to find out the muscle strength characters between the same unit but different side joints, the same unit flexor and extensor muscle and the strength characters that differ from other sport items.Research methods: There are some research methods in this essay, such as adopt document data method, testing method, visiting investigation method and number reason statistics method originally. Test method adopts the "Kinitech" isokinetic test system made in Keylink Company of Australia.Research result:1. The left shoulder flexor and extensor muscle strength of the routine of competitive martial art athletes decline following the test speed increasing so is the right besides high speed.2. The kip joints flexor and extensor muscle strength decline following the test speed increasing; the most power increased with the increasing of contraction speed.3. The kip joints abduction and adductor peak torque and relatively peak torque is minished with the increasing of contraction speed. The ratio with abduction and adductor peak torque increased with the increasing of contraction speed and keeping between 0.80 and 1.00.4. The knee joints flexor and extensor peak torque and relatively peak torque is minished with the increasing of contraction speed. The two sides knee muscle strength peak torque don't exist prominence difference.5. The waist joints flexor a peak torque and relatively peak torque is increased with the increasing of contraction speed but extensor is difference. The ratio with flexor and extensor is increased with the increasing of contraction speed, and the flexor is bigger than the extensor in high speed.Research conclusion:1. The shoulder flexor muscle strength of the routine of competitive martial art athletes is better than extensor, so it shows its own characteristic; it is very helpful controlling weight appropriately for accomplishing actions especially for leaping ones with the condition that the strength is not affected.2. Research indicates: the routine of competitive martial art athletes' muscle strength of kip joints grows preferably, and the extensor is better than flexor, the left side flexor extensor ratio is better than right side, and the abduction and adductor develops balance. These characters all benefit to completing the jumping twist to motionless action.3. Research indicates: the routine of competitive martial art athletes' muscle strength of knee joints grows preferably. The flexor and extensor strength grows balance, and it will be helpful to accomplish technology action and prevent from trauma in knee joints. And it accords with the technology characters, which is moving fast and resting stably in the routine of competitive martial art.4. The routine of competitive martial art athletes' muscle strength of waist develops better and it can adapt speediness centripetal work quickly, it benefits to accomplish action with upper and lower limbs in harmony. It is very advantageous for the athletes in completing the twists action to swell the psoas strength and keep the fine abdominal muscle strength as well.5 .The comparative result about Peaks Torque in the hip of the knees' and the shoulders' joints shows that the routine of competitive martial art men and women athletics' upper and lower limbs muscle strength develops equipoise, and it afford the guarantee to accomplish a whole set of actions.
