Dragon dance is our outstanding traditional sports project, has a long history, rich cultural connotation, outstanding fitness effects, by the broad masses of people like, is precious cultural heritage of the Chinese nation. With the rapid popularization and development of dragon dance movement, it has become an international, the domestic sports competition the important events, and even specialized dragon dance. Although, the traditional dragon dance training methods and means can also produce numerous outstanding dragon dance sports talent, but with the development of dragon dance movement, especially the scientific training method and the method, the dragon dance training methods and means and other sports rapid development gradually appeared difference. Therefore,to study the theory of dragon dance movement is imminent. This paper tries to review the related literatures and books and more than50articles (Album), interviews with experts, scholars and dragon officials10times, on the Physical Education College of Hunan Normal University11elite Dragon Dance Players shoulder joint, hip and knee muscle strength of isokinetic strength testing and use SPSS statistic data,finally to explore and study of isokinetic motion state of three parts of the mechanical characteristics and strength of the relationship, for the formulation of dragon dance sport training program and how to avoid the weak muscle loss and provide a scientific basis. The specific research conclusion is as follows:1) Dragon Dance Players shoulder flexor extensor peak torque and peak torque angle with the testing speed increases; and the left shoulder flexor extensor peak torque and peak torque is larger than the other side;shoulder flexor extensor peak torque and peak torque values were significantly larger than flexors extensors;shoulder joint the peak torque than flexor extensor peak torque; the average power was also significantly larger than flexors of average power;2) leading strength, speed and endurance and stamina are better than the body, tail except right shoulder flexor endurance is good at leading and body, other than the bibcock difference;3) dragon dance players hip flexor extensor peak torque and peak torque angle with the testing speed increases, and the hip on the right side of the peak torque and peak torque is larger than the other side, significantly larger than flexors extensors; right hip flexor and extensor muscle of the average power is greater than the other side;both sides of shoulder joint extensor the average power is significantly larger than the flexor flexor extensor than average power;along with the testing speed is increased, reducing ratio trend under4) leading hip strength, endurance and speed endurance are better than one player, but the differences between them are not significant; the tail of hip strength, endurance and speed endurance is better than the body member;and compared the gap dragon;5) dragon dance players’right knee peak torque and peak torque is larger than the other side. In addition, knee flexor extensor peak torque and peak torque values were greater than flexors extensors;knee joint flexor extensor ratios slants small;knee extensor power was also significantly larger than flexor average power6) leading knee strength, speed and stamina and endurance are better than the body and tail, and extensor symbolic;in addition, a dragon or the tail, wherein, extensor and tail comparison also has significant.
