Concept map is used to organizations and characterization of knowledge of the tools. Asone of the important tool to promote students’ learning meaningful, concept map in theteaching strategy and research of learning strategies occupies an important position.In order to promote the needs of the new curriculum reform, rich junior middle schoolbiology teaching content, accord with students meaningful learning, the study by theinvestigation and research concept map in the present situation of the application of juniormiddle school biology teaching, this paper discusses concept map in the teaching process tothe student the influence of biology knowledge construction and how to prepare good conceptmaps to be used for classroom teaching, to improve the classroom efficiency, promote thestudents’ knowledge construction are important to students and teachers.The major ways including literatures analysis, questionnaire–investigation, observationand case studies were used in this study.To investigate the junior middle school studentsabout the use of the concept map, and analyze the data and find out the existing problems,then put forward corresponding solutions, design the teaching case, the results are feedback toget to the conclusion,at last find problems continue to study.Prepare the questionnaire of concept map of studying and using,700students from grade1and2in junior middle school in Yan Tai and Wei Hai were investigated by the questionnairewhich had been made up. The results showed that: students willing to use mapping forknowledge construction; Concept map in students’ cognitive process and knowledge summaryprocess has played an important role; In concept selection and the relationship between theconcept of processing, there are differences between the grades. In addition, it also foundsome problems, such as students are not suitable for their learning methods and the students’individual differences of the significant, active draw concept map ability is weak, not give fullplay to the concept map function, part of students to master the concept of insufficientattention, etc.Based on the investigation and the influence factors, combined with middle schoolbiology classroom teaching at the beginning of the actual situation, propose strategies: as ateam draw concept map; The optimization of the teaching strategy; Concept map designvisualization, etc. To put forward the corresponding measures strategy, and auxiliary case analysis, make the concept map better for students to construct knowledge framework service.In junior middle school of the above training strategies for classroom practice research,hoping practice found that the proposed strategy to significantly improve the junior middleschool students to learn biology knowledge of the construction of ability, help studentsknowledge, understanding and memory consolidation, and can obviously improve theclassroom learning efficiency.
