With the continuous deepening of the eighth basic education curriculum reform,how to improve the quality of education and develop the connotation of education have become a great concern for educators.In the compulsory education,the infiltration of the concept of connection and development in the teaching of biology meets the needs of deepening the reform of basic education,which is not only conducive to the development of educational connotation,but also helps to improve the core literary of the students.Based on the background of basic education curriculum reform and strengthening students' core literacy,this study summarizes the research status at home and abroad,establishes theoretical and practical significance,and makes feasibility analysis from the perspective of the subject discipline and student.Through the investigation of the concept of connection and development of some junior high school biology teachers in YanWei area,it is found that teachers are very approved of the concept of penetration and development in teaching.From the perspective of practice,the infiltration of teachers in teaching process is general.On the basis of quantitative research and qualitative analysis,it is concluded that teachers have the following four major problems in infiltrating the concept of contact and development: First,they attach less importance to the concept;Second,there is not enough knowledge of self-related knowledge;Third,the depth,timing and form of penetration are not in place;Fourth,the evaluation mechanism is lacking.Then,use the three examples presented from the teaching practice level complement and explain the questionnaire results from different angles.In view of the problems found in the questionnaire survey and the case analysis,this study,first of all,makes text analysis on the concept of connection and development in the textbook of the Shandong Science and Technology Press to deal with the lack of depth.Then,further improvement is made based on the problems in the analysis of the examples.Finally,combined with the improved examples,a 12-week practical study was conducted in Yantai eleventh middle school.The results show that the penetration of the concept of connection and development in the teaching of biology in junior middle school is very necessary,and the perspective of the problem and the concept of education and teaching are well received by the teachers.From the perspective of penetration effect,students like to infiltrate the concept of connection in biology teaching,and initially have the ability to view their academic achievements from a developmental perspective.In particular,there has been a good response in the "links between knowledge" and "the link with life",but students' acceptance of "explaining knowledge linked to other disciplines" varies.It shows that teachers especially need to strengthen the study of osmotic point of biology and other subjects.Secondly,from the following two aspects(one is the students' views on their own achievements and the other is the students' expectation on teachers),we find that the students basically have the ability to look at their studies from the point of development.And students think it is necessary that teachers are always eager for their development.In addition,based on the overall conclusion,this research makes further prospects from three aspects: case analysis,practical infiltration and effect evaluation.
