University Institute Of Technology, Data Statistics And Analysis Of Science And Technology

With the fast development of higher education recently, the quantity and scaleof domestic university increase rapidly and it faces an urgent problem to be solved:how to promote the development of colleges and universities. This paper analyzesthe science and technology data of domestic university of science and technologyby the method of statistical analysis, and the statistical results of current situationand development of our country technical universities can be obtained, which couldprovide the decision reference for government.Firstly, a statistical graphic of the science and technology data (from2004to2009) of our country technical universities is obtained by the method of descriptivestatistical analysis, and overall analysis on the development of each province univer-sities is given. Secondly, the factor analysis model of the science and technology data(from2004to2009) of our country technical universities is established by SAS, andcurrent situation and development ranking of each province universities is obtained.Then the current situation and development ranking is divided into3clusters, andalso a regression model between scientific research funds investment and scientificresearch achievements is given by regression analysis. Lastly, this paper appliesabove statistical analysis methods to the science and technology data of technicaluniversities of Heilongjiang province, and the statistical results of current situationand development of our province colleges and universities are obtained.
