In order to reduce or avoid the accident of primary and middle schools’ small ball project,the thesis uses the questionnaire research method, list analysis and pareto analysis. It’s about to study, evaluate and analysis the accident of primary and middle schools’small ball project. And using multi-layer intervention means for it. At the same time, using laboratoial method to inspect the effects. As following is the results:1. There are three main projects in primary and middle schools’small ball projects in Shanxi, table-tennis, badminton and tennis ball.In small ball games activity of primary and secondary schools, the risk of damage caused by the four aspects, such as, human factors, environment element, management factors and comprehensive factors.2. According to the accident of primary and middle schools’ small ball projects happened before and interviews with teachers, to complicate the primary and middle schools’ small ball projects risk checklist, in order to evaluate primary schools’ small ball risk project effectively. And following the checklist, it is finished as an important tool of the primary and middle schools’small ball project risk evaluation list.3. Primary and middle schools’ small ball project risk evaluation use modified taxis method and praetor analysis. Primary and middle schools’ small ball risk project is faced with prepared sports risk, sleet days landslide risk, relaxation risk, teacher management negligence risk, dressing risk, strength discomfort risk, teacher arrangement risk, site surface damage risk, ignoring watering field risk, neglecting running risk, too large movement risk these eleven risk factors.4. For intervention effect of primary and secondary school small ball project activities high-risk factors, by assessing of knowledge, cognitive and behavioral of the three aspects, including knowledge and cognitive aspects effect is significant, but little significant effect of behavior.5. For intervention analysis of primary and secondary school small ball games activity, middle and primary school small ball games in three dimensions intervention strategies, and its own factors intervention strategies, environmental factors intervention strategies and behavioral factors intervention.
