Innovation Of Teaching Mode Of Floor-ball Courses In Primary And Middle Schools In Changchun

In 2017,Changchun gradually promoted the new sport---floor-ball in primary and middle schools,and awarded licenses to a small number of schools.In the process of practice,the floor-ball has shown its own advantages and characteristics,and has achieved better development effect.The emergence of floor-ball curriculum complements the content of current school physical education reform.The smooth development of floor-ball courses in primary and middle schools in Changchun enables students to form good physical constitution,strong will and healthy psychology in participating in sports activities.In the floor-ball curriculum,the teaching mode shall be adjusted and optimized according to the actual personal characteristics of students,and the personalized education concept shall be applied to highlight the flexible teaching line focusing on cultivating students' ability,so that students can experience the fun of playing floor-ball in the novel teaching mode.By means of literature review,expert interview,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics,this paper analyzes the problems and causes existing in the teaching mode of 4 floor-ball courses in Changchun.It is found that teaching objectives are mainly focused on the proficiency of students' sports skills and lack of attention to the psychological changes in students' learning process.The content of floor-ball teaching material is not applied comprehensively.The teaching method is too simple,which lacks not only modern multimedia teaching means but also a more scientific evaluation system.This paper innovates on the original floor-ball teaching mode,draws on each other's strengths to make up for their weaknesses,and puts forward the guiding ideology that the floor-ball curriculum shall be innovated mainly based on the personalized teaching concept.The teaching objectives of both teachers and students shall be expanded,the teaching content shall be enriched from heteronomy to autonomy,the teaching method of personalized education shall be innovated,and a diversified teaching evaluation system shall be constructed.This paper supports the popularization of floor-ball into the campus,to enrich the teaching content of school physical education and students' experience of cultural life on campus.
