The psychological resistance in the process of ideological and political education is the implicit or explicit oppositional behavior on the ideological and political educators, education contents, educational forms, education process, education strategies of the students in Ideological and political education, is the refuse of certain behavior and cognitive changes under the influence of ideological and Political Education, usually exhibit repel behavior and antipathy on Ideological and political education. In recent years,college ctudents’ideological and political education problem has being paid highly attention to by the government and universities, but the effect of the education practice is not good, the main reason lies in that the college students exists "psychological resistance" in the process of ideological and political education. At present, the theory research of ideological and political education mainly concentrates in the basic connotation, basic concept, target and content, pechanism and pattern, implementation ways and measures, influencing factors, team construction and mental health education etc.of ideological and political education, The existing research has only from the macro level to put forward constructive ideas, played a very good guide on the ideological and political education, but at the micro level, most of our researchers and front-line workers of the ideological and political education lack of deep discussion for psychological interaction, perception and acceptance of the educated, psychological mechanism, affective interaction mechanism, environmental impact mechanism and the solve of the specific measures in the process of the ideological and political education, so, the development of the universitys’ ideological and political education has being restricted. Pay close attention to and study university students’psychological resistance phenomenon in the process of ideological and political education, can enrich and expand the research field of the ideological and political education, promote the ideological and political education discipline development, at the same time, discussion on connotation, essence and performance of the psychological resistance phenomenon in the process of ideological and political education from the psychological mechanism, can providing theoretical support for solving the bottle-neck problem in the process of ideological and political education. At the same time, drawing the attention of the researchers and front-line workers to solving the problem of the psychological resistance in the process of ideological and political education in practice, has important significance for deepening research on the ideological and political education pattern, method, strategy and opening up a new ideological and political education posture.In this paper, the author systematically study on the ideological and political education practice and theoretical research situation, general education of students in the process of psychological resistance using literature research method, case method, observation method, investigation method, comparison method, and points out that the problems of psychological resistance in the process of ideological and political education, focusing on the connotation, psychological mechanism, psychological factor, external causes, specific performance and coping strategies. The study suggested that psychological mechanisms of university students’psychological resistance phenomenon in the process of ideological and political education include negative transference, latent inhibition mechanism, superego resistance mechanism, growing pains. The psychological factors include present cognitive and thinking mode, negative emotion, weakness of willpower, individual need, individual psychological weakness. The form of performance of psychological resistance is mainly reflected in the ideological and political education content, method and form of existence, educational mechanism, at the same time, the study suggested that the defect of the ideological and political education workers, the defect of education contents and requirements, the backward of educational mechanism, method, strategy, education environment worsening produced the main external cause to induced university students’psychological resistance in the process of Ideological and political education. On the coping strategies discussing, the study suggested that we should realize the ideological and political education team "expert", cogent eliminate students’ psychological negative mood, improve the efficiency of Ideological and political education, giving full play to social system function from the ranks of ideological and political education, optimizing the contents of ideological and political education, study the use of scientific education strategy and method, improve the ideological and political education environment in four aspects to overcome the college Students’psychological resistance phenomenon in process of ideological and political education, then, to promote college ideological and political education work further to obtain actual effect.
