College students are very valuable human resources,they are the hope of the nation and the future of the motherland.Strengthening and improving the ideological and political education of college students and cultivating them into builders and successors of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics have great and far-reaching strategic significance.The mainstream of ideological and political conditions of contemporary college students is positive.They love the party,love the motherland,love socialism,resolutely support the party's line,principles and policies,highly recognize Xi Jinping's new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and have full confidence in the goal of adhering to the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.However,the profound changes in the international and domestic situations have made the ideological and political education of college students face both favorable conditions and severe challenges.Under the influence of a large number of Western cultural thoughts and values,and some decaying and declining lifestyles,some college students have varying degrees of confusion in political beliefs,ambiguous ideals and beliefs,distortions in value orientation,lack of social responsibility,and weakening of hard work.Strengthening and improving the ideological and political education of college students has become an extremely urgent and important task.In the process,in order to promote the full realization of the value of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,to explore the relevant elements,paths and mechanisms stimulated by students' motivation,not only has important theoretical value,but also has great practical significance.This study intends to conduct a thorough study on the student motivation in the realization of the value of ideological and political education in colleges and universities with a sample of 1,200 college students from six universities in Shanghai.The study consists of an introduction and a five-part chapter.There are three parts.The introduction part explains the background and value of the research,and summarizes and summarizes the research on student motivation in the realization of ideological and political education value at home and abroad.point out the advantages and disadvantages of previous research;introduce the theoretical resources of this study;explain the research ideas,research methods and innovations of this research.The second part is the theoretical preparation for the study.It mainly studies three issues: the concept of student motivation in the realization of the value of ideological and political education in colleges,the formation of student motivation and the structure of student motivation.In the study of concept definition,it is proposed that student motivation is a relatively stable and upward mental state and will quality have formed by college students in the process of realizing the ideological and political education value of colleges and universities.It is the general term for all the forces that promote the value of college students' ideological and political education.The student motivation has five provisions: emotional identity,responsibility,will,ability,and subjective consciousness.In the formation of student motivation,the formation process of student motivation is analyzed from a dynamic perspective.The study found that the formation of student motivation needs to have both internal and external conditions.The internal conditions include knowledge reserve,ability and quality,ideological level and emotional basis.External conditions include education level,environmental conditions,etc.Based on internal and external conditions,student motivation can be truly formed through five stages: the generation of needs,the emergence of contradictions,the intervention of education,the integration of goals,and the formation of motivation.The dynamic and multipath of the student motivation process determines the diversity of its formation mechanism.In the study of the structure of student motivation,the structure of student motivation is analyzed from a static perspective.The analysis found that student motivation is composed of decisive,trans formative and driving factors.Student motivation is driven by value factors,interest factors,target factors,and multiple factors,and it is necessary to actively convert the current student motivation structure.The third part carries out investigation and research and countermeasure analysis.It mainly studies three issues: the embodiment and characteristics of student motivation,the problems and causes in student motivation,and the optimization path of student motivation.In the research on the embodiment and characteristics of student motivation,a questionnaire survey was conducted using 1200 students from 6universities in Shanghai as a research sample.The survey takes the status quote of the internal conditions formed by student motivation and the external conditions of student motivation as the indicators,and summarizes the characteristics of students' dynamics.According to the data,the problems in student motivation are mainly reflected in the fact that the theoretical knowledge formed by student motivation needs to be enriched,the ideological quality needs to be strengthened,the emotional foundation needs to be improved,the ability and quality need to be improved,and education.Conditions need to be improved.The main reason for these problems lies in both subjective and objective aspects.Based on this,the author proposes the path of optimizing students' motivation.
