Happiness in everyday life is an integral part,as increasing material and cultural levels,thecollege students desire for happiness increasingly. In recent years, state and local government attachesgreat importance to the happiness of college students’ status, Universities have started learninghappiness, and other relevant course, devote to foster college students finding happiness, feelinghappiness and creating happiness. Happiness is a kind of psychological feeling, so different personshave different feeling, the influence factors of happiness is more, intricate. All kinds of research showsthat, interpersonal relationship problems caused by college students’ psychological problems is the mainreason, bad interpersonal relationship is the most main factor that affect college students to gethappiness. This paper based on the In-Depth interview of the10college students from differentuniversities in Beijing, to study college students feel happy experience in interpersonal communicationof the specific conditions of the happy experience and presents the characteristic, and explores therelation between interpersonal communication and the happiness experience. Base on the analysis ofliterature, using depth interview method to collect data, the paper concluded:(1) College students’ interpersonal status and happy experience have a relation: Goodinterpersonal relationship (such as: get along with the people harmoniously, get others caring, loving,popularity is good, can better into the collective life medium) can make college students have highersatisfaction and have more positive emotion experience and less negative emotion experience. Badpersonal relationship of university life will produce negative influence, cause confusion, tension anddepression experience.(2) Contenting the college students’ a demand, respect and affinity self in the interpersonalrelationships will make college students get different degree of happy experience. Individual orsituations in the affinity, respect and promote the university students’ self realization needs to meet thefactors will promote the happy experience of generation, and reduce demand factors will weaken themeet and reduce the happy experience.(3) Based on the demand of maslow’s hierarchy theory as model, through the interpersonal demandand the relationship between the happy experience, the study found that:College students’ personaldemand levels and feel happy experience are positive correlation between the degree. When the demandlevels of the individual are rising, the happy experience of the degree will strengthen gradually.
