With the development of the aging society,the problems of interpersonal communication among the elderly who are widowed and live alone have gradually come into people's eyes.Taking qiqihaer A community as an example,to help the director to overcome their interpersonal obstacles,in the face of A new life as the goal,step by step to explore the region's widow in old man interpersonal barriers of social work intervention models and methods.By household survey,questionnaire investigation,literature research and interview the way for A community or A comprehensive understanding of the basic information of the old people who live alone,widowed old people who live alone in body function decline,the lack of psychological comfort and interpersonal barriers,etc.,the results of the survey show that A widow in the elderly in the community mainly accompanied by family,culture,entertainment and health care needs.The author on the basis of fully understand the widow in the old man,with the model of development and mutual benefit,to guide the old people to participate in group activities,finally to evaluate the effect of the activity and the team work in interpersonal communication status of the widowed old people who live alone.Study and carry out mutual aid team work can alleviate the widow in the old man's interpersonal communication obstacles,to help the old man right in the face of life after death of a spouse,to enhance the old people's social interaction,and gradually overcome the old man's interpersonal barriers.Finally to reflect on the social workers as well as team work,and also puts forward prominent family support for the widow in the old man's mental care,strengthen community for widow in the care of the elderly and can improve the old social participation theory using the three aspects of the proposal.
