With the fierce competition of physics, the condition of strength quality testing hasgradually become the decisive factor of the match performance. Under this condition,scientific training and the advancement of athletes’ strength quality is becoming a popularfocus of sports world. It is known that different acceleration result in different power whilemoving the same object, and so as the same strength with different velocity to the power.Consequently, velocity, acceleration and power are decisive factors to strength qualitytraining.The core of strength training is improve training power. Coaches can not know the powerof each movement without Train detection equipment. Thus, they can just evaluation trainingeffects by barbells’ weight. But affect of the acceleration could not be ignored in the exercise,there is a huge different between strength of muscles and weight of barbells. Because ofmisunderstood of strength training, the effect is difficult to be transformed into technologyand competitionWe developed the Strength Measuring System based on Virtual Instrument, it consists ofsensor system, data collecting system, data analyzing system and the human-computerinteraction system. Sensor system is made up of string sensors and power source, which canchange displacement into measurable, linear electric signal. The data collecting system is asystem which collects the signal of sensors and input the signal to the computer to makecalculation. The data analyzing system and human-computer interacting system is based onthe virtual instrument of LabVIEW.Our testing system focuses on the dynamic relationship of force and time to preciselyevaluate strength quality. It can measure different force points’ strength quality such asstarting velocity strength and ending velocity strength. As a result, this system has practicalpreference to the evaluation of strength quality and velocity strength training. This simple andeffective system can monitor many kinds of strength quality training and give integratedanalysis, which has a bright applying future of testing athletes’ muscle system, coordinationand controlling ability, the selection of equipments for athletes, and the recovery of physicalinjuries.
