The three basic elements of inclusion requires development of occupation education: teachers, textbooks and training equipment. After the teacher, teaching material to determine the basic training of personnel training, equipment becomes the key quality factors. At present, most of the occupation school training old equipment, training equipment duplication of investment, low utilization rate of training room, development of experimental curriculum can not keep up with professional technology, many problems in laboratory teaching means a single. To solve these problems, first of all need to improve the experimental conditions, the purchase of laboratory equipment massive construction of the laboratory, this means that the need to spend a lot of money, at the same time, still need high maintenance costs, the hardware lab shortcomings increasingly prominent. The virtual laboratory can effectively solve the problem of equipment investment and maintenance of digital resources, but also can optimize occupation school, enhance the school running level.This paper is mainly based on a computer, using the Laboratory Virtual Instrument Engineering(Lab VIEW) programming language platform, the development of several commonly used virtual instrument, virtual instrument teaching experiment kit(NI ELVIS), a data acquisition card(DAQ), the realization of virtual electronic laboratory system login interface, the design of conventional measuring instruments and electrical and electronic basic experiments. The laboratory system is composed of two parts, one is the design and development of virtual instruments: uses the modular design method, the design process of virtual multimeter, virtual digital filter, virtual signal generator and other related principle, program block diagram and the front panel of the chart in detail; two is fully in accordance with the requirements of practical teaching of electrics and electronics the experimental course, designed a circuit of power measurement, characteristic curve test diode, triode, basic operational amplifier circuit testing of four virtual teaching experiment.The system is based on computer technology and instrument technology, an effective supplement to the occupation school of electrical and electronic curriculum existing teaching, the experiment teaching more occupation, interoperability, flexibility and intelligence, students are also more likely to generate interest in experiment teaching, it is helpful to cultivate students skills and creative, but also enhance the effect of the experimental teaching.
