Design And Development Of College Physics Virtual Experiment Teaching-aided System Based On LabVIEW

2016 is known as 'the first year of virtual reality'%the number of researchers from all areas involved in the study show blockbuster expansion.Ministry of Education has launched The Ten-year Development Outline of Educational Informationization(2010-2020)in as early as 2012,which clearly regard the increase of the number,satisfaction and coverage of virtual simulation teaching software as the top priority of education information;In January 2015,the General Office of the Ministry of Education issued 'a notice on the approval of 100 national virtual experiment teaching center'.Therefore,the construction and development of the virtual experiment gradually attracts national attention.This study takes this opportunity to explore how to better integrate desktop virtual reality technology into college physics experimental teaching so as to improve the teaching effect of The Experiment of College Physics.As a basic discipline,The Experiment of College Physics plays an important role in cultivating students' creative thinking and hands-on ability.However,the traditional teaching method of physics experiment includes various disadvantages,thus failing to meet the needs of learners.This study's aim is to reform current teaching mode of The Experiment of College Physics so as to put forward a new experimental teaching mode based on Internet plus virtual-real combination',relying on transfer learning theory and new constructivism learning theory,the technical means of LabVIEW and the research and analysis of domestic and international virtual reality technology,virtual laboratory research status,trends and application cases.Then,by analyzing the current teaching content of The Experiment of College Physics and the characteristics of learners,the whole framework of virtual experiment teaching-aided system of college physics was constructed.Moreover,"sound velocity measurement" taken as the case to carry on the empirical research explained in detail the key technology of LabVIEW,the development process and the use of the system.Finally,the system was tested in a small scale to evaluate its practical application.The test results showed that the virtual experiment teaching-aided system developed in this study can simulate the experiment instruments' function and experiment phenomena well,helping learners to complete the preview link and being of good practical value.This research is the periodical result of the research project of educational reform of ordinary universities in Hunan in 2016.As for the shortcomings of the system,the author puts forward the further improvement and assumption,hoping to promote the reform of college physics experiment teaching through the further improvement of virtual experiment teaching assistant system.
