Aerobics class is mainly to traditional teaching method, and even students have theaerobic basic technology and basic skills, including basic steps, the up body of basic action(basic hand、 the pace of the basic hand), and ran out of action for combinations and thearms combined and so on, And creatively to merge gymnastics, dance and the characteristic ofthe various elements in one, for health and fitness for purpose Mental health and exercise, inthe strong beat of the festival by human activities of a new and with art, beauty and fashion ofsports.But the time of long, beacouse of the "Mechanical Educational" and the traditionalinstruction of the aerobics class teaching is a means of teaching is to form a single, withoutrevealing; was repeated, updating instruction content slow, flat dull the two main issues.This can easily lead to the aerobics class interested in not high enough. how to improve theaerobics teaching, students learn and learn, improve the quality of movement and mobility, agood sports training and promoting the all-round development to accommodate the needs ofthe day is worth discussing and studying questions.The study proposed to start from palatable aerobics class, by some of the link with someinteresting elements in the way to motivate students to study, training and improve theaerobics class of their interests and hobbies. This research in the interest of theoreticalanalysis and aerobics on the basis of the schools, sports aerobics class, we have for fivemonths of experimentation teaching,the results showed:1、Interesting experiments in the teaching of aerobics course in colleges of physicaleducation of theoretical basis there are Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory, interested in lawtheory, the theory of emotional experience,"Music to teach music theory, activities, teachingtheory and aerobics project characteristics.2、Interesting experiments in the teaching of aerobics course in colleges of physicaleducationthe education of physical institutions to analysis on students ’ existing knowledgeskills and abilities for the sake of teaching tasks based on scientific and rational developmentof aerobics teaching objectives. 3、Interesting experiments in the teaching of aerobics course in colleges of physicaleducation for the fun of teaching and student characteristics, design and implementation ofspecific teaching objectives, teaching forms of organization, teaching content and evaluation.4、Experimental results show that after interest in teaching, students ’ interest incognitive aspects of learning had risen; physical quality of skills, technical capacity andability to enhance; emotional team-work ability and adaptive skills also improve.5、Research has shown that interesting experiments in the teaching of aerobics course incolleges of physical education to be able to inspire and nurture the interest in learning andimproving aerobic students’ overall quality levels, and therefore apply to aerobic sportsschools, courses of instruction in effective awareness and effectiveness of teaching.
