In the21century, with the development of the national informatization and the wide application of electronic government affairs to adapt to the new times population and the population management field to the development of the situation, population information construction has become a popular sphere of the information development.As the population of perfect information for the comprehensive construction well-off society, the coordinated development of the economic society and the comprehensive development of people have created a new situation in the social management that owns an important realistic meaning and profound strategic significance. Therefore, the government and the society take seriously of it. After the large-scale investment and development in recent years, the population information construction continues to be promoted and widely used, so it is necessary to the construction of the results of inspection, and to find the population information construction process and the shortcomings of the improved.Through the past research we found that most researchers began from community information or population information itself, mainly focusing on how to perfect the community information and the population on the information carried out. However, very few people study it based on the research community residents satisfaction to verify the population management information construction effect on microcosmic perspective. This paper mainly uses the empirical method, selecting more than in Changsha city community as the research object, using120questionnaires, and using the SPSS statistical analysis to the community management of population information residents satisfaction influence: first of all, this study in reference to domestic scholars study of "public satisfaction" on the basis of measurement model, combined with the actual situation of this study, after appropriate modification, constructed the "community management residents satisfaction measurement model". According to the correlation analysis and regression analysis method, Mainly from the "residents expect","cognitive performance","information maturity" three dimensions measurement to the community management residents of the satisfaction degree of the influence, at the same time we validate the model, and find out the influence of the satisfaction degree of the residents in community management core influence dimension. Second, in this model on the basis of verified, we further analyzed the core factor on the community management of the satisfaction degree of the residents concrete influence way and to the extent. Finally, the different population characteristics of community resident’s community management of overall satisfaction different effects are analyzed.The results of this study indicate that the community management residents’satisfaction and residents expect perception performance and informatization maturity significant correlation. One perception of community management performance of the satisfaction degree of the residents worst affected; Perception of the performance of "the four factors" to the community management residents are positive impact on the satisfaction relationship; Information system and population of population information infrastructure variables to the community management of the satisfaction degree of the residents are more significant influence, The community management residents overall satisfaction and gender, occupation, education and influence is not obvious, and the present age and negative correlation, and income are related, different types of its residents live in community management of overall satisfaction has the obvious difference, community permanent population floating population than the overall satisfaction to high.To speed up improvement of population information construction, and further improve the community management residents’satisfaction, this research proposes some corresponding suggestions:improve the information infrastructure; populize information system application; share between various departments in the area of population information; Strengthen population information service team construction.
