The Research On Application Of Management Information System To Jilin Province Population Database Promotion

This thesis is aimed to implement State Council “Reform of Household Registration System”file and Ministry of Public Security “The National Population Information Management System Upgrade Work Plan ” file spirit,make the informatization of the household registration system reform process speed up.Jilin Province Public Security Department will promote local population information management system upgrade and household informational work.Population database system used to manage information on the resident population in Jilin province.The research on the application of management Information system to Jilin province population database promotion base on a public security information network.The research on application of management information system could help security bureau improve the household system reform in Jilin province.As the whole society development fast,new technology bring more benefit on population system,and people immigrant more frequently than before,that is make us need new population management system to match it.Now Changchun and Jilin city household immigrant only rely on paper transfer certificate,if we could build new population database system make all inform ation inside the base,and use special application management the transfer apply by internetwork instead of paper certificate,build brand new E-government platform,will enhance the security manage population work and help citizen save time and make it more efficiency.This thesis will describe the designing of the Jilin population information management system.We try to promotion the system by application of management information technology.We will change Jilin population move from one city to another city need the paper household transfer certificate,after build new population system could transfer household information apply data on internet by police station computer.The E-government platform population system not only solve it perfect,also could help police public security management.The new population system could solve the problem about different people use same household account or same personal ID number too.The same number could inciting many criminal incident,every citizen personal ID number should unique,and make security easy to control and find the mby the number.The new system also have function include "Real population,Real House,Real location" the three real population information.And new function catch population facial modeling information to help police catch the wanted man.The facial modeling comparison system will make all criminal clear.New Jilin population system will improve the system function and make the system function more integrity and smooth.We want the E-government platform population system could more efficient and better service people.
