This study use dynamic muscle system,such as German Isomed2000 to outstanding man of competitive aerobics athlete with ordinary male college students in the muscles of the hip,knee and ankle flexion and extension,such as dynamic strength test,select normal male college students and the outstanding man of competitive aerobics athlete as the research object,each group of eight people,through the pre-set(60 ° / s)at low speed and high speed(180 ° / s),two kinds of angular velocity,the subjects test index ratio and relative peak torque,average power,flexion and extension endurance index analysis,The characteristics of lower limb muscle strength,such as strength,explosive power and muscle endurance,of elite male athletes in competitive aerobics,compared with those of ordinary male college students after long-term specialized training,were obtained,so as to provide reference for finding out the lower limb muscle strength characteristics of male athletes in competitive aerobics and scientific training.The research conclusions are as follows:1.After long-term special training,the strength of the hip flexor,hip extensor,knee flexor,knee extensor and ankle flexor of the elite competitive male calisthenics athletes has increased,while the strength of the ankle extensor has not changed significantly compared with that of ordinary male college students.In addition to the imbalance between the left and right sides of the knee flexors in rapid exercise,the flexors of the hip joint,the extensor of the hip joint,the flexor of the knee joint,the flexor of the ankle joint and the extensor of the ankle joint are more balanced.2.After long-term special training,the explosive force level of the lower limbs of the elite competitive aerobics male athletes has been significantly improved except for the extensor ankle and the flexor of the left ankle.The explosive force level on both sides of the flexor and extensor muscles of the lower limbs is more balanced.3.With the increase of the angular velocity,the hip joint flexion and extension ratio of the elite competitive calisthenics male athletes decreased with the increase of the speed,while there was no obvious change in the ordinary group,indicating that the strength of the hip joint extensor muscle of the competitive calisthenics male athletes was more prominent in the rapid movement.The flexion to extension ratio of knee joint increased with the increase of the speed,indicating that the quadriceps femoris muscle strength decreased more with the increase of the speed than the posterior femoris muscle group.The ankle flexor to extensor ratio decreased with the increase of the speed,indicating that the flexor strength of the ankle flexor muscle group decreased more with the increase of the speed than that of the extensor muscle.4.In addition to the flexor and extensor muscles of the right hip joint and the flexor muscles of the ankle joint,the endurance level of the flexor and extensor muscles of the other joints of the elite competitive calisthenics male athletes has been significantly improved.Among them,the knee joint extensor muscle endurance level is more balanced,while the average male college students right knee joint extensor muscle endurance is greater than its flexor muscle,which is the long-term specialization on the impact of athletes;The muscle endurance of the left and right side of the flexor and extensor group of the lower limbs was more balanced.
