Social Work Methods In Young Female Employee Training To Explore A Catering Company

When the rapid economic development of China has enriched our material conditions of life, other conflicts of the society have appeared. Especially, people have a higher pursuit of the cultural life. The community paid more attention to human himself and all kinds of social issues. They hope that the living standards and benefits will be upgraded of the broad masses of the people. Under this major premise, as well as aboard, social work is gradually understood and accepted by the publics. At the same time, the departments concerned have attached importance to social work. Even so, Social Work in Enterprise is still a noun which has an unknown concept for most people. Social Work in Enterprise means, by definition, social workers use their working methodology of social work in the enterprise to develop their special feature to serve the enterprise and employees.The above description can show us that an enterprise is the target of Social Work in Enterprise. So, the only way can let Social Work in Enterprise display can the stage is getting the recognition of enterprise. It needs to be demonstrated by practice that the right way this philosophy can be accepted and social workers can be required by enterprise. In my opinion, there are two part of work what a social worker should do. The first, they must adapt to the working environment, and then, they should combine their professional skills with the target of enterprise management. In this paper, firstly, the necessity of Social Work in Enterprise will be discussed both in theory and practical use. Secondly, the feasibility of Social Work in Enterprise will be argued through the case of cooperation program with a catering enterprise in Xi’an. On the other hand, it will be discussed that how to improve the use of group social work in employee training of a catering enterprise. In the end, the intervention model will be discussed.
