Research On Social Work Intervention On Follow-up Issues Of Migrant Workers' Industrial Injuries

Since the reform and opening up,the economy has developed rapidly,urging migrant workers to go out of the workforce,and a large number of migrant workers have flooded into cities to seek employment opportunities.The development of the manufacturing industry has led to the establishment of factories in the city.Many factories do not provide security protection tools and training for safety knowledge in order to save costs.In order to pursue profits,workers are required to work overtime to increase work efficiency and cause workers to work overtime.The high risk of the work environment and the high intensity of the work make workers often in a state of double mental and physical exhaustion,and industrial accidents frequently occur.The occurrence of accidents at work does not affect the individual workers of migrant workers,but also the families of migrant workers,and it may even have an impact on the stability of the society.The social work,with the idea of helping people self-help and the professional social work method,has great superiority in helping the migrant workers to understand the follow-up process of industrial injury,to establish support network,to walk out of the shadow of industrial injury and to improve the confidence of re employment in the study of the follow-up problems of migrant workers' work injury.In this study,the peasant-worker-wounded group in Foshan was selected as the study object.By using the method of visiting the hospital for work-related injury,the data of the peasant-workers were collected to analyze the characteristics,problems and needs of the peasant-worker-work injury group.The case-work was used to improve the communication skills of the occupants.Improving the psychological status of the client and inviting the client to participate in social activities to enhance the owner's sense of social participation,help the owner to get out of the shadow of work injury,increase the owner's understanding of the follow-up process of the work injury,and enable the owner to manage the follow-up procedures of the work injury;Professional methods to carry out re-employment seminars,increase mutual understanding among team members,help team members establish support networks,increase re-employment confidence of team members through sharing of re-employment channels and experiences,and finally do follow-up questions on social work involvement in migrant workers Thinking out and making some suggestions.Through the actual intervention of social work,it is found that the migrant workers should improve their awareness of safety production and legal knowledge,increase their understanding of social work,and make social work carry out smoothly when it helps workers to solve the follow-upproblems of industrial injuries.
