The Analysis Of Innovative Private Universities Ideological And Political Education System

With consistent guidance and regulation from the government, private universities and colleges develop rapidly. Ideological and political education in them attracts many researchers’attention in the light of the improvement of its position and recognition in the socialist education cause. The researchers have made efforts in both theoretical work and practice and raised valuable suggestions. But this work still faces a lot of challenges, such as how to be aware of its importance and effectively conduct it. In order to seek new answers to these questions, the author has made investigation of the status quo of the work through questionaire and discussion and analyzed the problems. The effective solutions are found in the management system:decision-making and conducting. The former consists of the leading core, consultation and information work, while the latter,organization, consolidation and creation. In the last part of the paper the author calls for more attention from all levels of governments so as to keep balance between state universities and private ones to seaze opportunities and turn a new look on such education.
