With the development of mathematics, Chinese mathematics education which has ahistory of thousands of years has converged with the world of mathematics education. IThas unparalleled powerful advantage in changing mathematics teaching methods since thebeginning of its history used in the field of mathematics education. In this case, theSuper Sketchpad emerged as the mathematical IT. In Senior School, the Function teachingwhich contains a wealth of mathematical thinking and abstract Function concept is a nucleusof mathematics teaching, though the way to help students to grasp the Function thinking andthen analyze and solve problems is the heavy difficulty. Through the analysis of the Functionin Senior School and the Super Sketchpad, this article uses the experimental method to study,and gets a conclusion: Under the system of APOS theory, the method of using the SuperSketchpad to carry out the Function teaching can improve the academic performance of moststudents, enhance their interest of learning Function, and improve the effectiveness ofFunction teaching.This article adopts theoretic research method and demonstration method, and makeslucubrate at hereinafter several aspects of effectiveness of the integration of the SuperSketchpad and Function of teaching in Senior School.Firstly, in order to found the preliminary background for later research, this articleanalyzes the status about the integrity of information technology and Senior Schoolmathematics curriculum at home and abroad. Secondly, this paper discusses the integratedtheory between the Super Sketchpad and Function teaching in Senior School, includingConstructivism theory, Cone of Experience, Effective teaching theory, APOS theory, andanalyzes Function content arrangement in Senior School. Thirdly, this article gives Functionteaching cases based on APOS theory and the Super Sketchpad. Again, by the using of theexperimental method, this paper confirms that the integration of the Super Sketchpad andFunction teaching in Senior School is effective through three aspects. Finally, this articlesummers up the problems in the research and the latter direction through analyzing theexperimental data and process.
