With the development of China, a new developing stage is right infront of Chinese government and the people, which is an innovativecountry development strategy. As for universities, definitely they havethe duties to find out how to engage and involving proper strategies ofentrepreneurship education in higher education system to support thenational policies.Research of entrepreneurship education is certainly a very strongsustain of the national strategies: let the students maintain the sprite ofentrepreneurship, strengthen their creative consciousness, encouragetheir innovative mindset, all of which is very crucial to an innovativecountry development, and only in this way can we expect a brightfuture both for the people and the country itself.For the reasons of these country strategies, there is also a call for thehigher education system reforms, how to survival in this historically newera is an important question we universities need to carefully thinkabout. In the early20th century, UNESCO recommended the Chinesegovernment to engage the entrepreneurship education in the highereducation system, now for many years past, the writer is curiously wantto know how entrepreneurship education is running in China, and thewhole research is based on those questions.As for the realistic aspects, also entrepreneurship education isobliged to run, just one simple example: till the end of2011, there will bemore than7million students graduate from Chinese universities, but theproper vacancies of career market for these people is not that much,for this reason, a lot of students will face a very tough situation of theirown career life. But entrepreneurship education gives the governmentand the students him/herself a totally new angle of view, for that is theycould be a better person than they ever expected, they could be a job supplier rather than just a job beggar, and only in this way can weexpect a real harmonious society.Based on the views above, author put the entrepreneurshipeducation in three levels to research, that is the macro-level, themeso-level and the micro-level, for each level concentrate on onescope that act on entrepreneurship education. Specifically it is:environment and system; education and activity; participation andfeedback. Also it is the structure of this report.It is the right time to rethink the duties of our universities; also it is theright time to rethink what we should burden on and what we shouldengage in, not just for ourselves but also for the people as well as thecountry’s tomorrow.
