Study On The Relationship Between Entrepreneurial Culture, Entrepreneurship Education And College Students' Entrepreneur Intention

12 5 plan states that accelerating transformation of the mode of economic development must be penetrated the whole process of the economic and social development and diverse areas. Innovation is the significant back-up. Cultivating the entrepreneurial culture, strengthening entrepreneurship education and improving college students entrepreneur intention are important ways to achieve innovation and construct an innovative nation. It s meaningful to study the relationship between entrepreneurial culture, entrepreneurship education and entrepreneur intention, which can improve college students entrepreneur intention.The thesis takes Tianjin as an example, applying literature research and empirical research to study the relationship so as to find out the important factors that have an impact on the relationship and entrepreneur intention.Firstly, construct a theoretical frame of the relationship between entrepreneurial culture, entrepreneurship education and entrepreneur intention by studying theories on cultural dimensions and entrepreneurship education abroad. Secondly, the thesis makes a research design based on the theoretical frame, including setting research goals, constructing research hypothesis, designing questionnaires and making sure survey plans. Thirdly, make descriptive statistical analysis on entrepreneurial culture, entrepreneurship education and entrepreneur intention. Fourthly, construct structural equation models regarding the study on the relationship. The study points out that uncertainty avoidance, spiritual culture and institutional culture affect entrepreneurship education greatly. Uncertainty avoidance, masculinity/ femininity and institutional culture affect entrepreneur intention greatly. Family entrepreneurship education influences the entrepreneur intention significantly. Finally, the thesis makes some suggestions on improving the entrepreneurial culture and entrepreneurship education.
