Fukushima nuclear accident shocked the world,at the same time, brought us intodeep reflection. The Tokyo Electric Power Company intentionally concealed, or eventampered with the record for several times, without considered the interest of thegeneral public. On the contrary, the "50warriors" came out boldly regardless of thedanger to themselves at the critical moment. These two different choices reflect thetwo sides of human nature. As the socialist successors of our country, the nuclearmajor college students’ strength of social responsibility is inextricably intertwinedwith China’s socialist career in the new period. It is of great significance for thehealth, sustainable development of China ’s higher education to analyze the way andmethods of the nuclear major undergraduate collage students education, study on therole of social social responsibility education in nuclear major collage students’education, and to discuss the laws and development trends of nuclear major collegestudents’ social responsibility education, through the analysis of Fukushima nuclearaccidents.This thesis consists of four parts:Introduction: Introduced the mainly explains the origin of the topic, the researchpurpose and significance, the current research in China and abroad and the relatedresearch methods.Chapter One: The relevant concepts were defined, the social responsibility andits characteristics of nuclear major college students were elaborated.Chapter Two:Through a questionnaire survey on part of nuclear major studentsin three universities with nuclear major and literature, we summarized the nuclearmajor of college students’ social responsibility status: generally good. They have goodfamily responsibility and other responsibility.But it still has some problems: their selfresponsibility is stronger, while other’s responsibility is often biased in the actual operation and their social responsibility orientation should be strengthened, thecollective sense of responsibility is weak etc...Chapter Three: We elaborated the nuclear major students’ particularityrequirement by combining our nuclear major college students social responsibility tothe general requirement and nuclear accidents on Japanese society, economy,environment influence. The general requirements for nuclear majors must have a highspirit of patriotism, dedication and spirit of sacrifice;nuclear major students shouldhave the image of the country, social harmony and stability on the particularity of theecological environment in a highly responsible social responsibility requirements.Chapter Four: The methods of nuclear major collage students’ socialresponsibility education were described: the schools should carry out the Chinesenation’s fine moral education and moral practice, parents should change their concepts,make oneself an example, social responsibility consciousness, the state and societyshould pay attention to the propaganda of public opinion, to play the role ofcommunities. These three mutual connection, interaction, and promote each other toform resultant force.
