Sudden Epidemic Crisis Management Research Colleges And Universities

The frequent outbreaks of sudden infectious diseases at Colleges and Universities, have not only a significant impact on the normal teaching order and the physical and mental health of teachers and students, but also bring a lot of instability factors to families and the society. Hence, From the need of maintenance of normal teaching order, safeguard of the normal life of the teachers and students at colleges and universities, the safety of the people and maintenance of social harmony and stability, it’s greatly emergent as well as significant to strengthen prevention and control to the sudden infectious diseases at colleges and universities, study and establish a scientific, reasonable and efficient prevention and control system and mechanism to them.Based on the prevention and control to the sudden infectious diseases at colleges and universities, and the application of the Crisis Management Theory in public sectors and the related knowledge of infectious disease diagnosis and treatment, This paper analyzes the current situation of the prevention and control of sudden infectious diseases at colleges and universities in China, summarizes the problems and shortcomings that exist in the prevention and control of sudden infectious disease at colleges and universities in China, finally puts forward to a series of advice and countermeasures to strengthen prevention and control of sudden infectious diseases at colleges and universities.Meanwhile, this paper, based on the Crisis Management Theory, combined with the practical management at universities, initially builds a model for crisis management of sudden infectious diseases at colleges and universities. According to with the Crisis Management Theory in public sectors, the crisis management of sudden infectious diseases at colleges and universities should be divided into three stages:the crisis management before the event, a matter of management and post-management in the paper, and it claims fully and systematically the work tasks, processes, and the specific contents in each stage and explores both theoretically and practically, the establishment of the crisis warning system of sudden infectious diseases at colleges and universities, prevention and control, management plan to sudden infectious disease, the fundermental policy of crisis management, the emergency mechanism design of response to crisis management, and design of the process and the specific content of crisis management, the settlement and implementation of the recovery plan of crisis management on sudden infectious diseases, the recovery management of the crisis stakeholders, crisis management, and the summery of lessons learned from crisis management.
