Research On Emergency Management Of Higher Vocationa Colleges From The Perspective Of New Coronavirus Prevention And Control

In December 2019,a sudden outbreak of pneumonia occurred in the whole country,which had a very serious impact on all walks of life.In order to better prevent and control the impact of new coronary pneumonia,the state has taken effective prevention and control strategies,all enterprises shut down,all stores closed,all schools closed.In order to realize the recovery of China's economy,the state is starting to return to work in all walks of life,and vocational colleges will also open in batches under the control of the government.Novel coronavirus pneumonia emergency plan is analyzed in order to better achieve the epidemic management after the school.The problems in the emergency plan and the countermeasures to be taken are also discussed to ensure the normal development of the work after the start of the higher vocational college.This paper analyzes the characteristics of the emergencies in higher vocational colleges,students and colleges,such as the shortage of emergency supplies,teachers,professionals,young teachers,and experience in emergency management;the poor self-confidence,psychological quality,self-discipline and self-awareness of the students;and the lack of self-awareness Novel coronavirus pneumonia is a new emergency measure for emergency management of new crown pneumonia.This paper focuses on novel coronavirus pneumonia emergency management in higher vocational colleges,and investigates the health education,health prevention,public health,medical institutions and personnel in the form of questionnaires.Novel coronavirus pneumonia emergency management in novel coronavirus pneumonia in vocational colleges has some problems such as weak awareness of prevention,inadequate implementation of preventive measures,poor implementation of emergency plans,unclear functions of new crown pneumonia administrators and imperfect protection mechanism.The novel coronavirus pneumonia emergency management problems in vocational colleges are due to three aspects,namely,insufficient funds for social emergency management,inadequate attention to emergency management in vocational colleges,and weak awareness of public crisis among college students.In order to better achieve the management of epidemic situation,the paper gives three solutions,namely,to improve the understanding,improve the plan and strengthen the drill.For novel coronavirus pneumonia novel coronavirus pneumonia management to be carried out smoothly,higher vocational colleges should further strengthen the construction of professional psychological counseling teams,construct early warning mechanism of new epidemic pneumonia in the higher vocational colleges,and supervise various levels of the system.
