The Research On The Colleges And Universities Crisis Management Countermeasures, Which Based On Students’ Crisis Cognitive Investigation And A Deeper Consideration

The crisis management is particularly important because of wide socialinfluence and on the high rising attention of the colleges and universities crisis. Andas one of the important main subjects of the emergency crisis management incolleges and universities, student is the key issues to guarantee whether the collegesand universities emergency can be done smoothly.Based on the students’ emergency cognitive perspective, this investigationanalyzes their cognitive situation and the current situation of colleges anduniversities crisis management. The study found that some prominent problemsexisting in colleges and universities crisis management system, students’ less crisiscognitive, weak capacity for crisis response and the serious lack of education ofcrisis management in colleges and universities. Then the author proposed sixcountermeasures in order to improve and refine the colleges and universities crisismanagement system, it is based on cultivating consciousness, group a managementteam by the means of making plans for crisis management, different management inallusion to the particular kinds of collages, setting up colleges and universities crisismanagement recovery mechanism, paying full and more attention to social strengthparticipation.
